Kurt Streblow

Event Emcee - Local Host and DJ

Kurt Streblow is a host and DJ who has worked in the entertainment industry for over 18 years. He currently resides in Indianapolis, IN, and started his career in radio for The Walt Disney Corporation. As Kurt gained experience, he began emceeing sporting events for a local hockey team until he landed his dream job as the in-arena host for the Indiana Pacers. Kurt is also the PA announcer for the Indiana Fever and the game day host for IU Football. One of his favorite roles was being named the official in-arena host for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game.

Along with hosting events, you can catch Kurt DJing throughout his community. He has provided music for local schools and corporate functions, as well as being an in-arena DJ for the NCAA Tournament. His client list is extensive, and he plans to continue to entertain no matter where he’s at in the world.

Imam Anisse Adni

Muslim Life Advisor - The Compass Center

Imam Anisse Adni has dedicated more than 15 years to serving youth, families, and multifaith communities in the Greater Indianapolis area as a religious leader and community builder. He holds a degree from Marian University and completed seminary training at the Qalam Institute in Texas, complemented by traditional Islamic studies in Egypt, Jordan, and Qatar, with a focus on Islamic legal theory and jurisprudence. Throughout his career, he has built sustainable community structures and managed complex operations across higher education, civic government and the nonprofit sector. His leadership roles include founding and directing Inspyred, an initiative that fosters a confident American Muslim identity; serving on the board of the Carmel Interfaith Alliance; and serving as Imam of the Al Salam Foundation in Carmel, Indiana. With expertise in confidential religious counseling, interfaith dialogue, and organizational growth, Imam Anisse is committed to academic excellence, pastoral support, and collaborative community development.

Carolene Mays

Carolene Mays, Doctor of Humane Letters (Hon.) is a highly respected leader known for her excellence, authenticity, integrity, and strong values. With an accomplished career in elected office, public speaking, utility regulation, state agency leadership, cyber security policy, media, small and corporate business, and corporate board governance – she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management expertise. Carolene is recognized for her ability to unite diverse stakeholders and inspire people at every level – in community and from emerging professionals to senior executives and government officials.

Carolene is Founder and CEO of Building Leaders + Legacies, a non-profit, offering high level training for professional leaders; and Carolene Mays Inspiring Leadership, LLC focused on executive coaching and public speaking. She created and hosts “Community Link” on WISH-TV, Indianapolis.

Carolene previously served in the Indiana House of Representatives. Her non-partisan work and reputation for fairness earned her respect and trust across political, business, and community sectors, leading to key agency leadership appointments by three governors – as Commissioner for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and later as Executive Director of White River State Park Development Commission. As a Utility Commissioner, she was elected as President of the Mid-Atlantic Regulatory Conference and appointed nationally as Chairperson of Critical Infrastructure, where she was recognized as a top 50 nationwide leader in cybersecurity policy. At White River State Park, she led the building of the Everwise Amphitheater in downtown Indianapolis. Prior, she was President and CEO of the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper, Indianapolis Recorder Charities, and Indiana Minority Business Magazine. Early in her career she worked in leadership for Mays Chemical Company and Occidental Chemical Co., Inc.

Carolene is a highly regarded public servant. She is currently serving on the boards of OneAmerica Financial, Indiana State University, Heartland Church, Converge International, Free Press Indiana, and TC Burton Enterprises. She is chair of the IU Lilly School of Philanthropy - Mays Family Institute for Diverse Philanthropy and a lifetime board member of Indiana Sports Corporation. Among her many honors, Carolene is recognized as one of IBJ Media’s 250 Most Influential Business Leaders in Indiana and was inducted into the JA Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame. She has received Sagamores of the Wabash by Governors Mitch Daniels and Eric Holcomb, and the Governor’s Award for Civil Rights by Governor Mike Braun.

Carolene is a survivor of domestic violence and is considered a medical miracle following her recovery from a life-threatening ruptured brain aneurysm in 2016. Her faith, perseverance, and commitment to empowering others and building generational legacies continue to define her life and leadership.

Reverand Erin Hougland Glass, MDiv

Executive Director - Center for Interfaith Cooperation

A graduate of Hanover College and Earlham School of Religion (MDiv, 2014), she has lived and worked internationally in Turkey and Japan, experiences that deepened her commitment to interfaith dialogue and social justice. An ordained Episcopal Priest, Erin has worked in Indianapolis’s nonprofit sector since 2008. She views interfaith cooperation as a practice of expanding understanding and compassion by engaging the wisdom of many traditions.

Rabbi Dr. Aaron Spiegel

Executive Director/President, GIMA | Member of the Jewish Religious Tradition

As Executive Director and President of the Greater Indianapolis Multifaith Alliance, Aaron has brought together faith leaders from diverse traditions into genuine partnership, building bridges, fostering collaboration, and advancing a shared vision of a more equitable Indianapolis. Through his leadership and widely read communications, he has amplified voices and connected communities across our state.

Rabbi Spiegel’s service is both visionary and deeply practical. He is a tireless advocate at the community and legislative levels, championing housing equity including ending the evictions and homelessness crises.

Pastor Jorge Oswaldo Ramos

Head Pastor of Casa de Consolacion y Restauracion Llamada Final, Indianapolis | Member of the Christian Religious Tradition

Jorge Ramos is the head pastor of “Iglesia de Cristo" or church of Christ, Ministerios Llamada Final in Indianapolis. In addition to acting as head pastor of Iglesia de Cristo he is also a volunteer prison chaplain serving currently at Heritage Trails correctional facility in Plainfield Indiana. Pastor Ramos started his education and ministry at ministerios llamada final in California in 1993 where he received his Theological education. He started his service and missionary training in 1997 serving inside and outside the US. Pastor Ramos started prison ministry in 1999 serving as a volunteer with prison Fellowship ministries. Pastor Ramos feels called by God to serve those in need, serving the incarcerated and their families, and also serving as a pastor to his community in any way possible.

Imam Dr. Julius Mansa

Assistant Imam and Board President | Member of the Islamic Religious Tradition, Mumineen Community Development Corporation, Hijrah House Corporation

Dr. Julius Mansa serves as Associate Imam and Board Vice President at Masjid Al Mumineen, the second-oldest orthodox (Sunni) Muslim house of worship in Central Indiana. He completed his Islamic studies in Cairo, Egypt.

He is Co-founder and Board President of Mumineen Community Development Corporation, a Muslim faith-centered social services organization serving both Muslims and non-Muslims across Indianapolis through housing, reentry, peer recovery, case management, and mental health services. Much of his work sits at the intersection of faith community and the practical infrastructure people need to rebuild — stable housing, a path back after incarceration, and support that treats recovery as a long relationship rather than a single intervention.

Professionally, he is an accountant by trade, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of a New York-based national nonprofit. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served six years in the Indiana Army National Guard.

Born in Carteret, New Jersey and raised in Fishers, Indiana, Sundeep attended Hamilton Southeastern High School before heading to Butler University, where he double majored in Biology and Political Science with a minor in Chemistry. After college, Sundeep completed his law degree at Indiana University – McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sundeep is a practicing attorney at the firm of RileyCate, LLC in Fishers, Indiana. Sundeep handles criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, class action, defamation, and business litigation cases. Sundeep currently lives in Fishers, Indiana and enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, traveling, and reading.

Tiffany Etter has a passion for helping people live healthier lives. As the Director of Medicaid Plan Marketing for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Indiana, Tiffany oversees marketing, member outreach, and communications teams that help connect Hoosiers to critical health services and supports. Since 2008 at Anthem, she has worked alongside trusted voices in our communities to improve public health.

Prior to joining Anthem, Tiffany oversaw marketing and public relations for a global commercial real estate company. She has also worked at IUPUI and a state trade association.

Tiffany is married with three children and enjoys supporting her family’s interests and organizations, volunteering with the Indiana Sports Corp, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and other community partners, and serving as a board member for Health by Design.

Nicki Gilbert

Nicki Gilbert serves as the Indiana Territory Marketing Manager for the Anthem Medicaid Marketing team. Nicki has a remarkable 16-year tenure focused on making a difference within underserved communities. She works to identify, develop, and coordinate impactful partnerships with various community groups. At Anthem, Nicki initiates and leads projects in response to organizational needs and executes on marketing and community relation strategies to achieve Medicaid goals.

Her dedication to these communities is not limited to her professional role; she also actively contributes by volunteering and participating in various committees. Furthermore, she lends her expertise as a board member of both Warren Arts and Education Foundation and GLAM Inc. organizations, showcasing her commitment to bringing positive change and empowerment to those in need.
